Tatjana PIROVIC
Tatjana Pirovic was born on 28th December 1964. in Zemun. She graduated from Belgrade University, Faculty of Fine Arts in 1989. in the class of Professor Mirjana Mihac. She completed postgraduate studies tutored by Professor Jovan Sivacki in 1992. She became a member of ULUS in 1990. She had more than 20 collective and individual exhibitions. She received prize for Art, FLU in Belgrade, 1989. (Foundation of Rista & Beta Vukanovic). Her paintings are in many private collections in land and abroad: Greece, Denmark, England, France, Italy, Hungary, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, Japan, Canada, USA and Philippines. She was a member of numerous painting colonies. Short study stay in Prague in 1998, on the invitation of Gallery "MIRO". Tatjana Pirovic lives and works in Zemun as a free artist (drawings, water-colours, paintings and icons).
Diving into colours and figure's silhouettes of Tatjana's paintings, time-machine is activated, we feel blessed acquiescence, we rise in unimaginable spaces, trying to comprehend impossible. Figures of paled, worried expressions, relaxed movements, form vivid spiral around us and transform slowly themselves into tumble of memories, emotions, feelings and scenes. Divine bodies, with raised eyebrows, transparent looks, bring us in their arms over enigmatic landscapes without contours of recognizable. Angels are waiting for us at the next station and raise us by their wings towards profundity and heights of the Universe.
